The Mighty Mittens group meets to make mittens from old wool sweaters.  If they have a few worn spots or holes, all the better, as these clever women find ways to work around imperfections.  From these old sweaters beautiful, unique, fun mittens are made.  These mittens are sold as a fund raiser for FAITH Forward.

The group sells the mittens at Ascension, craft shows, their various work places, and to friends.  Including matching from from Thrivent, they have raised over $7,000 for the Faith Forward Ministries. 

They have added a new product - SCARFS!  

Come join the fun.  Don't worry if you can't sew, there will something that you can do.  Be part of the fellowship and fun of MIGHTY MITTENS!
