Pastoral Succession Team - Informational Update #1

1. The Church Council has appointed a Pastoral Succession Team. The team is made up of
the following people: Gary Draeger, Mutual Ministry Chair; Rick James, Director of
Ministry; Chris Holloway, Leadership Development Team Leader; Jim Stukel, Pastoral
Assistants Team Leader; and Pastor Frank Janzow. The purpose of the team is to develop
a long-term plan for careful pastoral transitions into the future.

2. More immediately, the Council also appointed an Interview Team to hire an Interim
Associate Pastor to assist Pastor Frank and help with programing, to begin October 1.
This team is made up of Pastor Frank, Gary Draeger and Chris Holloway.
