Dear Friends…

In Lent, we find ourselves seeking the presence of God in ways that help to define our living each day. We Invite you this Lent to take a closer walk with Jesus. If we ask God to lead us, surely God will lead us into Lent and direct our paths. On Wednesday nights we will focus on “12 Ordinary Men” and the personality and role the disciples of Jesus played in his life, death and resurrection. Each week you will meet some of them like Peter, James, Andrew, and John. There will be a children’s lesson each week. Prayer stations will be offered. On Sundays we will gather around the theme “O God lead us.” Journey with Jesus on the way to Easter victory and life.

Pastor Frank and Pastor Chris

Lent begins on
February 22, 2012 with
Ash Wednesday Worship
At 7:00pm

Our Wednesday Midweek Series is …

12 Ordinary Men

What does it mean to follow Jesus? The ordinariness of the 12 Jesus chose to be His first disciples tells us that God will bring in his Kingdom, not through celebrities and saints but through people like us. We will explore how Jesus is able, by his call and grace, to transform their weaknesses into missionary strengths.

2/29 Simon Peter

3/7 Andrew

3/14 James

3/21 John

3/28 Matthew

** At each Wednesday service, there will be a children’s lesson that will reflect the main theme.
